What happens with your data

This covers the beta waitlist you're joining now. A full privacy policy and terms will be published before the app itself launches — this note is the honest version of what applies today.

The one thing this page collects: your email

When you join the waitlist — or reserve a founding spot — you give Sootha your email address. That's it. No name, no card, nothing else is required or asked for.

What it's used for: one thing — to email you when the beta opens. If you reserved a founding spot, to arrange that when your invite goes out. Nothing else.
Where it's stored: the form is handled by Formspree, and this page is hosted on Cloudflare. Your email sits with those services and with me — nowhere else.
It is never sold or shared with advertisers or third parties, and it's never used to build a profile of you.
Leaving is easy: reply to any email you get from Sootha and it reaches me directly — ask to be removed, or ask what's stored, and it's done.

The app itself is built to keep your data yours

When Sootha ships, the design is local-first on purpose:

Your meals and symptoms live on your phone — there's no account and no server holding your history.
When you ask for an AI read on a food Sootha doesn't recognize, only the food words you asked about are sent — never your logs, your symptoms, or anything about you. A menu photo is read once and not kept.
You can export or delete everything, whenever you want.
